COMPENSATION PLAN

Powerful, Simple and Innovative Weekly Pay System.

The company designed a unique binary compensation structure that pays weekly commissions based on volume cycles, plus monthly matching bonuses and car bonuses. The sales cycles are easy to achieve and have the lowest qualification requirement in the industry.

The basic concept is that you are building two teams (or legs) to infinity. You don't get paid based on levels. You get paid based on volume. To cycle and earn weekly commissions, sales must be present in both your left and right team. Sales enter in your teams through people that you personally sponsor and those sponsored in your downline. Your teams can hold an unlimited amount of dealers and volume.

As sales accumulate in your teams, every time the computer sees 240 BV (commissionable Business Volume) in one team and it is matched with 240 BV by the other team, you cycle and pays you a commission of $50 (see chart below for cycle scale). You can cycle an unlimited amount per day. Your business center will pay you commissions up to $50,000 per week.

  Brief Audio Overview

You are located in your sponsor's either left or right powerline, and you start building your own two powerlines from there.

Your "Left Leg Volume" is the sum of all the sales in your left powerline plus all the sales of each dealer’s right leg.   Your "Right Leg Volume" is the sum of all the sales in your right powerline plus all the sales of each dealer’s left leg.

There are 4 ways to earn money:

1. Binary Cycle Commissions.
2. Triple Generational Matching Bonuses.
3. Car Bonuses.
4. Reward points redeemable for prices like Rolex watches and plasma TV, etc.

ACTIVE DEALER.

After receiving your free website, back office software and free position in the compensation model by signing up as an M2C Dealer through your sponsor's website, it is now time to Activate your position by making a product purchase of at least 40 PBV (personal business volume). This will allow you to begin accumulating volume as you build your left and right side sales teams.

Activation Packages:
Basic Back (Two cases ACT cans Pack) 40 BV ($70 + shipping)
Leader Pack 240BV ($315 + shipping)
A.C.T. 27 cases 1/4 pallet 480 BV ($825 + shipping)

There are more combination packages to choose from. Those above are the most recommended it.

To remain Active and keep accumulating volume a Dealer must order at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

Important note: We have designed a product package with you in mind with our 240 BV CAREER PACK. There are a number of advantageous reasons why so many people begin their business with this package. One of them is that it satisfies the one-time qualification requirement for $50 cycle commissions and participation in matching and car bonuses.

QUALIFIED DEALER

Next, you will want to Qualify to receive Team Building Cash Rewards by personally sponsoring one person on your left side team and one person on your right side team that purchases at least 40 PBV.

To remain Qualified a Dealer must have one Dealer on their right team order at least 40 PBV every calendar month and one Dealer on their left team order at least 40 PBV every calendar month (autoship not required at this point, but recommended).

ACTIVE AND QUALIFIED DEALERS receive up to 70 cycles of $25 per cycle or $1,750.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards plus A.C.T. 10,000 Points every 5th cycle.

BRONZE DEALER

1. 240 PBV (cumulative personal business volume) during your first 30 days from the time of ENROLLMENT … OR, after the initial 30 day period, a whole one-time purchase of 240 PBV or higher. During the enrollment process this requirement may be accomplished with the purchase of a CAREER OR VARIETY PACK. This 240 PBV rule is a one-time requirement.

2. Have two personally sponsored dealers (one left and one tight) with an order of 40 PBV for the month (scheduled delivery not required but recommended).

3. Maintain a personal monthly Scheduled Delivery order of 40 PBV or higher.

Please note: That many dealers ENROLL, order a CAREER PACK and then go on SCHEDULED DELIVERY to immediately become BRONZE.

240 BV left and 240 BV right, you cycle and earn $50. This represents 10.4% on your left and right cycled volume regardless of levels!

These 5 step cycles repeat over and over again and you can earn $50 cycles unlimited times a day up to $450 a day and unlimited $30 and $20 cycles up to:

$3,500 a week as a qualified Bronze Dealer.
$5,000 a week as a qualified Silver Dealer.
$10,000 a week as a qualified Gold Dealer.
$15,000 a week as a qualified Platinum Dealer.
$25,000 a week as a qualified Diamond Director Dealer.
$50,000 a week as a qualified Executive Diamond Director Dealer.


A BRONZE ACTIVE DEALER
may receive up to 70 cycles of $50 per cycle or $3,500.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards plus 10,000 A.C.T. Points every 5th cycle.


SILVER DEALER

1. Achieve and maintain BRONZE status.

2. Maintain a monthly Scheduled Delivery of 70 PBV or higher.<

3. Personally sponsor 6 Dealers (4 on one side and two on the other side) who have each achieved and/or maintained BRONZE status in a calendar month. You must have at least 2 of those BRONZE Dealers on each of your two sales teams.

Receive up to $5,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards.

1st Generation 10% Matching Bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers.

The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by the SILVER DEALER for that calendar month.

However, the SILVER DEALER may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM BELOW.

A SILVER DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive the appropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or she qualified as SILVER.


GOLD DEALER

1. Achieve and maintain BRONZE status

2. Maintain a monthly Scheduled Delivery of 100 PBV or higher

3. Personally sponsoring 9 Dealers ( 6 on one side and three on the other) who have each achieved and/or maintained BRONZE status in a calendar month. You must have at least 3 of those BRONZE DEALERS on each of your two sales teams.

Receive up to $10,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards

1st Generation 10% Matching Bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers and 2nd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 2nd level Dealers.

The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by the GOLD DEALER for that calendar month.

However, the GOLD DEALER may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM BELOW.<

A GOLD DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive the appropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or she qualified as GOLD.


PLATINUM DEALER

1. Achieve and maintain BRONZE status.

2. Maintain a monthly Scheduled Delivery of 100 PBV or higher.

3. Personally sponsor 12 Dealers (8 on one side and 4 on the other) who have each achieved and/or maintained BRONZE status in a calendar month. You must have at least 4 of those BRONZE Dealers on each of your two sales teams.

Receive up to $10,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards.

1st Generation 10% Matching Bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers and 2nd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 2nd level Dealers and 3rd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 3rd level Dealers.

The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by the PLATINUM DEALER for that calendar month.

However, the PLATINUM DEALER may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM BELOW.

A PLATINUM DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive the appropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or she qualified as PLATINUM.


SILVER MENTOR BONUS PROGRAM.

Please note that a SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM DEALER receives the respective 10% match on all Dealers that are in their respective 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels of personal sponsorship. To increase the amount of potential matching bonuses, a SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM DEALER may continue to personally sponsor new Dealers and help those new Dealers reach SILVER Status.

The following chart outlines the potential matching bonuses as it relates to a % of your own personal Team Building Cash Rewards earned for that month.

6 Personals that have achieved SILVER Status up to 700% match on all 3 levels
7 Personals that have achieved SILVER Status up to 800% match on all 3 levels
* Number of levels matched in this program depends upon the rank achieved during that calendar month


DIAMOND DIRECTOR

A GOLD DEALER achieves DIAMOND DIRECTOR status by accomplishing the following:

1. Achieve and maintain GOLD status.

2. Maintain a monthly Scheduled Delivery of 100 PBV or higher.

3. Have 20,000 BV in Personal Group Volume in a calendar month with a minimum of 4,000 BV coming from each side of your personal group.

Receive up to $25,000 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards

1st Generation 10% Matching Bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers and 2nd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 2nd level Dealers and 3rd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 3rd level Dealers.

The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by the DIAMOND DIRECTOR for that calendar month. However, the DIAMOND DIRECTOR may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM.

$400 per month CAR BONUS.


DIAMOND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

1. Achieve and maintain PLATINUM status.

2. Maintain a monthly Scheduled Delivery of 100 PBV or higher.

3. Have 50,000 BV in Personal Group Volume in a calendar month with a minimum of 10,000 BV coming from each side of your personal group.

Receive up to $50,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards

1st Generation 10% Matching Bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers and 2nd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 2nd level Dealers and 3rd Generation 10% Matching Bonus on all 3rd level Dealers.

The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by the DIAMOND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR for that calendar month. However, the DIAMOND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM.

$1,000 per month CAR BONUS.

M2C Global sets aside 60% of revenue from commissionable volume to pay Dealer Rewards and Bonuses.
